We pride ourselves on professionalism and seamless execution. Here are the details you need to know for flawless integration into your event.

What are the on-site setup requirements?

We require one 4-6ft table, two chairs, and access to a standard electrical outlet. If the event is outdoors, a shaded or covered area is necessary to protect the artist and equipment. Our setup is compact, and designed to complement your decor.

How fast is the engraving process?

Our artist can typically complete 15-20 items per hour. Each personalization takes approximately 2-5 minutes, depending on the material and the complexity of the engraving (e.g., name vs. initials). For larger events, we can arrange for additional artists to ensure all guests are served in a timely manner.

Who provides the items to be engraved?

Typically, the client provides the items. This allows you to choose favors that perfectly match your wedding theme and budget. We are happy to provide recommendations and can also assist with sourcing items for an additional fee. We recommend providing a 10% buffer of extra items to account for any potential errors.

What are your booking, payment, and insurance policies?

We recommend booking 5-6 months in advance for peak season. A signed agreement and a 30% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date, with the balance due two weeks prior to the event. We are fully covered by Public Liability Insurance, a copy of which can be provided to your venue upon request.
